The Board of Adjustment consist of five (5) members who are citizens of the community and are appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Board of Aldermen, for a five (5) year term.
This Board is responsible for considering variances to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Glendale. Variance requests include yard setbacks and other requirements. This board meets the first Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. on an as needed basis.
