Mike Wilcox was elected Mayor on April 2, 2019 and was sworn into office on May 6, 2019. Prior to that, Mike served as a Glendale Alderman for Ward II from 2009-2015. He is the owner of two businesses – St. Louis Caster & Equipment and Bell City Battery.

Mike graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia and has an MBA from Webster University. He is an Adjunct Professor of marketing and entrepreneurship at Webster University. Mike also served as the past president of the Mizzou Alumni Association – St. Louis Chapter.

Mike is married to Libby and they have two children, Justin and Maya. They have resided in Glendale since 2004. They attend The Gathering United Methodist Church.

Paul Roettger was elected to his first term as Ward I Alderman on April 2, 2013 and sworn into office on May 6, 2013. He previously served as Ward II Alderman from April 2006 until December 2011, at which time he had to step down upon moving to a different ward within Glendale.

Alderman Roettger is married to his wife Leslie, and they have three children, Jack, Elise, and Bennett. His kids are all graduates or current students in the Kirkwood public schools. Alderman Roettger holds a BS in Business from Miami University in Oxford, OH and an MBA in Finance from St. Louis University. He is a Senior Vice President in Capital Markets Trading at a large financial services company. He and his family are members of the Lutheran Church of Webster Gardens in Webster Groves.

Lisa has been a proud and grateful resident of Glendale for 34 years, having lived on West Kirkham Avenue, Hawbrook Road, and currently on Trevillian Avenue.  She was elected to her first term as Ward 1 Alderman on June 2, 2020.  Lisa is in her second consecutive term and presently serves as the President of the Board of Aldermen.

Lisa grew up just south of Cape Girardeau in Chaffee, Missouri. She attended the University of Missouri-Columbia where she received a B.S. in Accountancy in 1985 and a Juris Doctorate degree in 1988.

Upon graduation from law school, Lisa moved to St. Louis and worked in the private practice of law until 1995. Thereafter, she worked as an independent contractor for a former employer until starting a family and pursuing volunteer work, which has included serving as vice president and president of a local not-for-profit and over 20 years of service as a board member.

Lisa is married to Kevin Cushing and they have three children who have loved growing up in Glendale: Kellen (University of Missouri - Columbia alumnus), Lily (current student in the University of Missouri - Columbia Sinclair School of Nursing), and Keegan (will attend Xavier University this fall).  The Cushings are members of Mary Queen of Peace Parish in Webster Groves.

Lisa is honored to give back to the great City of Glendale by serving as a member of the Board of Aldermen.

Aaron Nauman was elected to his first term as Ward II Alderman on April 3, 2012, and is currently serving his third term as of the April 5, 2016 election. Alderman Nauman is married to his wife, Marissa, and they have three children, Isabel, Tommy and Zoe. They all currently attend Kirkwood public schools. Alderman Nauman holds a BA Degree in History from Northeast Missouri State University (now Truman State) and an MA in Computer Resources & Information Management from Webster University. Alderman Nauman is a lifelong resident of the area having lived in both Kirkwood and Oakland prior to moving to Glendale nearly 10 years ago, and served on the Oakland Board of Adjustment as Vice-Chairman.

In addition to his aldermanic duties, Alderman Nauman served as the city’s first Tree Board President. The Mayor and Board of Aldermen established a Tree Board on August 19, 2013 to assist in the selection, planting and maintenance of trees within the city limits, to study the city’s urban forest, determine needs, and to compose and review annually a Tree Plan and seek ways to implement it. The Tree Board comprises one member of the Board of Aldermen, and the Public Works Superintendent. The Arbor Day Foundation recently recognized Glendale for the 3rd year in a row as a Tree City USA.

Alderman Nauman is an Assistant Vice President and Operational Risk Manager at Wells Fargo Advisors in the Technology Risk Group. The retail brokerage business for Wells Fargo Corporation is headquartered in St. Louis and its downtown campus employs close to 6000 team members. He is also actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America with Troop 360 at North Glendale Elementary, currently serving as an Assistant Scoutmaster and will be assuming the role of Scoutmaster in May. He was also his son’s den leader for 5 years with the Cub Scout’s Pack 360. Alderman Nauman enjoys much-needed downtime from his personal and professional activities and when the weather is nice, he can be seen riding frequently through the streets of Glendale as an avid cyclist.

Dr. Whitney Roper was elected to her first term as Ward II Alderperson on April 4, 2023. Alderperson Roper is married to her husband, Dr. Stephen Roper, and they have four sons, Landon Breckenridge, Avery Breckenridge, John “Jack” Roper, and Nolan Roper.  Three out of the four currently attend Kirkwood Public Schools and Nolan will begin at North Glendale Elementary in 2025. Alderperson Roper holds dual BS Degrees from The College of Charleston in Athletic Training and in Physical Education, as well as a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Georgia Southern University. Alderperson Roper is a Charleston, South Carolina, native and relocated with her husband (a Texas native) and children to Saint Louis from Houston, Texas, in 2017. They purchased their home on Southridge Court in 2018. Alderperson Roper formerly served on the Board of Adjustment prior to serving as Alderperson.  Alderperson Roper is a Senior Clinical and Translational Researcher in Neuromuscular Medicine at Washington University College of Medicine, and her husband is an Associate Professor and Co-Director of Pediatric Laboratory Medicine at Washington University College of Medicine/Saint Louis Children’s Hospital. Alderperson Roper and her family love the outdoors and can typically be found at any of our amazing playgrounds, sports fields, or basketball courts.

Berry Rounds Lane was elected to her first term as Ward III Alderman on April 3, 2012 and sworn into office on May 7, 2012. Berry Rounds Lane has thirty plus years professional experience with expertise in employee relations and internal/external communications. She has been a principal in her own business, strengthening the reputation of Martha Rounds Academy for Children. She is competent in building cohesive teams and creating a network of partnership relations to achieve results.

Alderwoman Lane has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Education from Saint Louis University. She is an active participant in organizations and causes that are important to her community and make a difference. She has served on the Board of Directors for:Junior League of St. Louis, Girl Scout Council of Greater St. Louis, YWCA of Metropolitan St. Louis, Nurses for Newborns, Greater St. Louis Book Fair, Saint Louis University Library Associates, and The Miriam Foundation.

Alderwoman Lane is married to Tom, and they have three sons, Conor, Ryan and Kevin. They have enjoyed living in Glendale since 1984.

Alderman Anthony "Tony" Roberts and his wife, Ashley, live off Dwyer Avenue with their three children: Ford, Reese and Blair.  His two oldest children attend North Glendale and his youngest attends Kirkwood Early Childhood Center.  Alderman Roberts obtained a Bachelor of Science-Business Administration Degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2005 and then went on to attend St. Louis College of Pharmacy where he became a Doctor of Pharmacy in 2010.  He is the Director of Business Development for Kirkwood Pharmacy Group and is also a staff pharmacist at Goldsmith MediCenter Pharmacy.  In his free time, he enjoys golfing, coaching his son's Mary Queen of Peace soccer teams, watching his son play hockey and  watching his daughters' dancing, gymnastics, and soccer games.  He and his family are members of Mary Queen of Peace in Webster Groves.
